Do I need to set up an account to place orders?

You can shop with Nuage without creating an account as a guest. However, registering with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.


What information do you have on the quality and material used in the jewelry?

Nuage only curates pieces that are handcrafted with quality materials that are meant to as durable as possible. Many of the pieces are gold-plated to a French standard, which is more stringent and higher quality than in other countries. On each page of a piece of jewelry, you will not only find "style notes" to offer styling suggestions, but also the detailed composition of the jewelry under "product description". Which countries does Nuage Concept deliver to?

We currently deliver to Hong Kong, Greater China (Macau, Mainland China and Taiwan), countries in Asia Pacific (includes Australia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam), United States & Canada as well as Western Europe (includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom). Can Nuage deliver to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.


What payment methods does Nuage Concept accept? Are these methods safe?

We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal payment options. Our payments are processed by PayPal and are as secure as we can make it. Please click here to view their security measures on their site.


How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order on Nuage Concept’s site, you will receive an automated email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order or that your order has been dispatched. We will still need to verify the availability of your item/s, your address and your payment approved. At which point you will receive a second dispatch confirmation email from us. Should any of the item/s be out of stock, you will be notified and you will not be charged.


Do you gift wrap?

Nuage Concept believes every order is special. Whether it is for you or someone special we make sure it is beautifully wrapped. If you would like to include a personal message with your gift, just let us know during the checkout process and we will put it on a gift card just for you.


Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, before a dispatch email confirmation is sent, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Please refer to our Delivery & Return page for further information. However, once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel, redirect or amend anything further.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing to details on how to track your package.


How do I exchange or refund an item?

If there are any issues or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Delivery & Return page for further information.


What if an item I wish to purchase is out of stock?

If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please email us at and we can let you know once it’s back in stock.
